“Exceptional”
We adored the location and everything at Abita Springs Hotel; we’d definitely return. Our room was comfortable and surrounded by lush greenery, and the decor and bedding were exceptional. We spent time with family and relaxed on the wrap‑around porch. The only downside was the lack of a second mirror in the room besides the bathroom, but overall the stay was above average in every way.

I liked the room, the beautiful garden, the town’s charm, the bike path, and the nice restaurants right in front of it—felt like a classic movie town, great for couples and friends. The double bed in the room was squeaking and felt unstable; they should offer a continental breakfast for the price, and the property’s bicycles were in poor condition, so we’d have liked to ride more.

The place sits in a solid spot, but the property really needs a lot of upkeep—every plant was overgrown and needed trimming.
