This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 20 years; the room was not clean at all, had broken dressers, mold, and filth on the floor, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The place is worthless and should be shut down.

Its location is key, but the wing we stayed in was horribly dirty, the room was run down, dingy, and needed upkeep; the shower curtain was miserably placed and wouldn’t stay closed.

Not much to like, yet the facility is in very poor condition and not well maintained; the shower faucet was operable but water turned off after several seconds due to a problem with the mixer valve, and management said this was normal even though only cold water came out for a few seconds. The coffee maker interior was dirty and gross, but that didn’t matter because there were no coffee cups in the room. Beds are uncomfortable. The juice machine in the breakfast area sprayed water all over when I tried to use it. I was run around and virtually ignored by front desk staff when I expressed dissatisfaction, and they referred me to a manager who never returned calls even after several attempts. Potential guests, BEWARE of staying here. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Facilities are in a state of disrepair and should have a 30‑50% minimum rate reduction; the entrance to the room was filthy, bug‑infested, the bathtub had dirt and grim buildup, there was no sink stopper, hallways were poorly painted, and the breakfast butter was rancid with no ice. The list of problems is long, and when I told staff there was no concern, the butter wasn’t removed. This is the worst place I’ve stayed that I can remember; places like this should not exist. The pool was okay but had a few floating bugs, the bed was comfortable, and the restaurant food was okay.
