The hotel was quiet, clean, and the restaurant was excellent, and the location was within walking distance of several museums. No complaints.

The location was great, but the bar/restaurant was a bit dirty and the service lagged a little.

Maravilloso, estuve en una habitación en el 6to. piso y tiene una vista maravillosa. La habitación superó todas las expectativas

The bed was comfortable and the venue my party and I went to was nearby. However, we were told the bonfire area was in use twice because we didn’t know we had to sign it out or reserve it. The male staff on the L floor were rude twice when the elevator arrow pointed down and my group was heading up; they seemed annoyed we were on the same elevator. I sensed a hint of racial tension with some male staff, as an African American woman, and the vibe felt off. We were told to move to another location because we were smoking near the pit, and a male said, “I can’t have you smoking out here by the pit because we serve food here,” which felt like miscommunication and racial tension again. Overall, 45 % felt unwelcome or not embraced.

The staff were great, the location was nice, and the gym was good, but the bed wasn’t great.
