The location was great, within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery stores and the main shopping street. We had a lovely view from our room, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, both to us and our little one. The pool bar also offered great service, always happy to help and serve us refreshing drinks, and the pool bar’s mini kitchen was perfect for grabbing a light bite to eat. Overall, we had a really lovely stay!. Breakfast was usually quite busy and a little noisy. However, we always seemed to arrive quite late, right during the breakfast rush, as indicated by the hotel. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter breakfast

The dining area was overcrowded, forcing us to wait over 20 minutes for a plate; the sheer number of people made it impossible to get a dish without a long delay, a real bottleneck for us.

“Hotel e posizione ottimo! 👍🏼”

The hotel sits perfectly close to Playa de las Americas, where you can stroll and shop among supermarkets and local stalls. The property offers all comforts, with nightly themed evenings—Mexican, Italian, Spanish, etc.—and shows for kids plus adult entertainment after dinner. We booked a four‑night stay in a double room, but upon arrival they upgraded us to a superior room featuring a jacuzzi and a sea‑view terrace. The room was gorgeous, with daily towel changes and very friendly waitresses on the floors. The pool and garden area is full of fragrant Frangipani flowers, and they also organize excursions and tours—absolutely fantastic! On the downside, the restaurant’s food is varied and plentiful, but the dining room is noisy and chaotic even at breakfast.

There are many services and the staff is very kind. However, drinks are not included with the meals.

The location is good. The rooms were not clean, especially the floors, and there was no vacuum cleaner; the hallway floors leading to the rooms were also dirty.
