The young lady at the front desk was so nice, but the room had dirty sheets and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, so I asked for a new room – the next one I received had roaches. I have a video if anyone wants to see it; absolutely awful!

She didn’t have the key for me, and I felt the place wasn’t clean, so I canceled.
