Единственное, что было ок - это завтрак и спа зона. Все нуждается в ремонте и уборке. Было грязно. После клининга в номере остался мусор на полу. Мы оставались на 2 ночи, и я в первый же день попросила в номер тапочки и халаты, но мы их так и не получили, хотя, в 4х звездочной гостинице, такие вещи, обычно, находятся в номере по-умолчанию. Потолок на балконе страшный, плитка разбита, из потолка в номере торчат какие-то крючки (из фото поняла, что там когда-то был декор «птички»), в душевой кабине плесень, столешница под раковиной в трещинах. К сожалению, цена совершенно не соответствует качеству. Фото на букинге не соответствую действительности. Тут в основном картинки предстоящей реставрации. Стоит отдать должное - персонал действительно очень любезный, но при этом не исполнительный
