We really liked the location of Hotel Sesué, the stunning views of the Sierra de Chía, and especially the peaceful surroundings – a perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy nature. On the downside, we felt the cleaning could have been better; there was a lot of dust under the stairs and some cobwebs, and the bathroom lamps were dusty too. A deeper cleaning from time to time would noticeably improve the experience. We were also surprised that towels were not changed daily. We understand this might be part of a sustainability policy, but it would be appreciated if guests were clearly informed about this upon arrival.
