Courtyard by Marriott Guatemala City

The hotel is close to many restaurants you can walk to! It was nice and clean.

“Bien, sin más...”

The room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and very clean, and the hotel’s location was great, especially having a low floor for cars. For a hotel of this category and price, however, the included services were very limited: there was no pool (all other hotels in the area had one), we were charged for everything else, even for leaving luggage at the hotel (something that never happened to us before), and after paying for breakfast we were charged again for a take‑away if we wanted it because they were collecting it early to get us to the airport. Ironing and laundry services were expensive and slow. It’s a shame because everything else was fine.

“exelente todo en general pero me parese que esta un poco caro”

Good breakfast and excellent cleanliness, but the location, rooms, and breakfast were lacking.
