Nothing. The bed mattress was worn out. Toilet water tabs were out of service. The room had no window. Overall a very bad experience 😕

The location is very good – Main Saddar and the nearby Rawalpindi railway station are both within walking distance.

I'm not sure what to say about this place - it's just perfect in every way. The staff, the rooms, the location - everything is top-notch. I've never stayed anywhere that's exceeded my expectations like this one has.

What really stands out about this palace is its central location in the city - it's safe, comfortable, and convenient. The staff is also super cooperative and always willing to help. However, the mattress in my room was a bit of a letdown.

The only good things I can say about this hotel are that the location is great and the security is top-notch. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bed was a nightmare to sleep on, and I woke up with bed bugs all over me. The pillows were dirty and smelly, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water available in the tap. They did provide a heating rod to make the water hot for the bath, but it was a hassle.
