The location is strategic, safe and quiet, the air and bathroom are a huge plus, it’s comfortable, they helped with everything we needed, and the breakfast is a tasty American‑style spread. The cleaning could be better in a few areas, but overall it was tidy.

The location was great, with many restaurants nearby, a lively dance area, quiet, and a metro station; there’s a D1 store, an ARA, a bakery, and other shops. The staff was friendly, the place clean, and even though it’s close to bars, there was no noise. The only issue was the bathtub in the room wasn’t working.

The only positive was the receptionist’s service who was regularly there at night, very attentive and kind, and the hotel’s location with bars, restaurants, and food stalls close by. The organization of staff, room conditions, towels, sheets, breakfast, and the daytime receptionist’s poor service were all bad; housekeeping is only daily and can’t be requested for the whole stay, so it’s simply not possible. My room was a quadruple but had no towels, blankets, or even a single roll of toilet paper left, forcing you to ask for more. Breakfast was terrible. The staff is very rude; when you ask a question they don’t look you in the eye and instead gossip among themselves instead of serving guests. Their checkout policy says you can stay until 1 pm, but the front desk forces you out at 12:40 pm. The rooms have humidity and leaks; on a rainy day I found a lot of water on the floor and had to go to reception to get a mop. The quadruple rooms are not suitable for four people; the place is too small.
