“Lovely place to stay especially the staff”
The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Chandra and Junior. The rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The views from the rooms and the restaurants overlooking the beach/sea were superb.

Conveniently located for access to the Caribbean advantage, which I was there for an exam. The restaurant staff ruined my stay; one person in the upper restaurant was unpleasant, acting as if she was doing us a favour by serving us. Her manner was not nice, and I will not return because of this. The restaurant has a relaxed setting, but the service makes you reluctant to sit there.

The staff were great—special thanks to the girls who welcomed us. I’m sorry I didn’t note their names, but we arrived on Saturday, 1 August, around 16:30, and all the desk girls that day were top‑tier, friendly, and gave us a fantastic welcome! It was the best pick‑me‑up after an 8‑hour flight to see their smiles and kindness. Our Kadooment costumes were dropped off, and they called us and kept them at the desk. The whole team was lovely throughout our stay and always helpful when we asked questions. We’ll be back! The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer 😂

The staff were friendly. The room was on the other side of the road in the annex, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
