The place was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the spot was great. Breakfast was excellent and I really liked my stay.

We loved the place: clean, quiet, great breakfast buffet, about 200 m from the main avenue. The staff were super friendly and ready to help. We would definitely stay again. Nothing was wrong; everything pleased us.

Breakfast offers enough options. Compared with similar spots in other cities, this one is the priciest. The room is small, especially the bathroom with a tiny shower area. Water pressure is weak, the toilet seat is loose, there are no bathroom power outlets for a hairdryer (so I couldn’t blow‑dry my hair in front of the mirror), and there are no English TV channels at all. At over 300 CHF per night it wasn’t worth the cost, though Interlaken may just be the place with the most overpriced accommodation.
