The hotel was close enough to the city and airport, and the entrance looked tidy and well decorated at first. However, the listed reception hours were wrong and no one was actually there to help; attempts to call the listed number failed. The room had not been cleaned since the previous guest, and we waited more than two hours before we could settle in, making it one of the most uncomfortable stays we've ever had.

The location was right next to the university hospital and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was in a different building than shown online: Hotel Oliva! When we booked directly there, the rooms were on average 20,00 € cheaper. We paid the higher price. The room smelled terribly like a drain. After complaining, the receptionist sprayed chlorine to tackle the odor, but after a short time it was again awful.
