I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, particularly Mohamed Saad and Nabiel. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand, making my stay very comfortable. However, I did notice that the hotel's air conditioning and pool facilities could be improved upon.
