We stayed at a nice place with a superb location, and the biggest perk was private parking inside the building—parking elsewhere in Lecce is usually paid. The rooms were clean, comfy, and well decorated. Breakfast wasn’t included, but the owner left butter, jam, and toast for us, which was a kind touch. The kitchen is shared with another room, but it’s big enough for four people to cook simultaneously and has all the basics you’d need. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it. The only issue was a slightly loose toilet seat that felt like it might come off when sitting.
