The rooms were huge, sun‑filled and spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to help and super polite. Nothing really bothered us, so it was a smooth stay overall.

Breakfast was solid, and one of the team members instantly picked up on our curiosity about the other services the house offers, giving us a quick tour of everything we wanted to see. The host even arranged a taxi for us without any hassle. The only odd thing was that our reservation said “no breakfast,” yet it was included anyway.

The spot is convenient and the staff are genuinely engaged, always ready to lend a hand with any logistics you need. The only drawback is the furniture – a few updates would bring the place back to the level it deserves.

I felt right at home in Spitak – the place was snug and comfortable, and everyone around was kind and eager to help. It had a calm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax, and I’d gladly return.

Sleeping here is a real experience; the whole crew is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. It’s a youth hostel, not a hotel, so you have to go in with that expectation, but if you do, it’s a special place – I’m back for a second time and would gladly come again. No complaints at all.
