The front desk was good, but the room—especially the bathroom and the view—was disappointing. The cleaning lady woke us at 9 am, even though the room wasn't handed over until 12 pm.

Everything was perfect—beautiful, comfy bed, lovely décor, and spotless.

The location and staff attention were good, yet the bathroom was awful: dark, stinky, with fabric curtains; the bed was too hard and uncomfortable.

When I arrived, they told me the hotel was overbooked and I couldn’t stay; they moved me to a lower‑quality hotel that lacked the amenities I’d asked for, and I couldn’t enjoy the terrace I’d wanted because of poor management.

The spot is great, cheap, and the view is solid, but the bathroom was a disaster—curtain too short and water splashes everywhere.
