I loved the rooms; they were super spacious, comfortable, and cozy, right beside My Khe beach and in the best convenient location.

The reception was terrible, with staff stealing guests’ belongings; some staff members were incredibly rude, one kept telling the hotel receptionist to tell the owner not to serve guests like me because I had told them about her filthy behavior and phone‑chatting while working with the receptionist. A person at the bottom of society, yet always thinking she's right. They clean, balance the floors, and talk on the phone while working as if they were on the street. Sometimes they even send a female staff member in, and the female staff member doesn’t sweep the floor in the women’s bathroom, leaving it overflowing. When guests complain to the receptionist, they question the guests about whether the guests actually said the same thing. They enter rooms with 4‑5 guests resting without asking permission or turning off the lights. They don’t care about the guests’ requests. One staff member went up to a room and bluntly told a guest, “This type of guest shouldn’t be accommodated,” and then automatically told the owner that they would never listen. I beg the Japanese owner to be sensible and replace the staff. Tolerating such laziness only leads to the hotel’s decline. But here there are also cleaning staff who are lazy, dirty, sloppy, doing everything while loudly talking on the phone like on the street. Sometimes they even let a girl in to clean, and the girl’s mother doesn’t sweep the trash in the women’s bathroom, leaving a pile of paper that doesn’t fall. When guests bring complaints to the receptionist, they interrogate the guests to see if the guests said such things. In a room with 4‑5 guests resting for lunch, they didn’t even ask or get permission to turn off the air conditioning. They keep cutting off communication with guests and let them stay in the room. One cleaning staff, a scrawny guy, directly told a guest, “This type of guest shouldn’t be accommodated,” and proudly told the owner that they would never fire him. I hope the Japanese owner stays sane and replaces such lazy people so the hostel doesn’t decline.
