The room was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches in the bathroom, and my granddaughter was badly bitten by the bugs; the whole experience traumatized my family. We had to bring all our belongings to a laundromat to wash them because we didn't want to bring the bugs home, which was utterly disgusting. The place was a false advertisement; it looked nice in the pictures but the reality was grim. The pool was closed, and I was promised a refund that never materialized. I might even write about this ordeal in a newspaper because it's unacceptable to be unable to sleep while being bitten by bugs—an exhausting night for us.

The warm pool and very hot hot tub were exactly what I needed after a 5‑hour drive and a long competition day, which I would say was the best part of the hotel. However, the beds were hard, the bathrooms were too small, breakfast was very simple, and the sheets were stained.

The room was absolutely filthy—crumbs and hair on the bed, dirt in the freezer, dust everywhere—as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. We didn't even stay because it was too dirty.
