The location is great, the staff is very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked. The food was very tasty. I definitely recommend taking a room on the upper floor; I had one downstairs before, and the photo they posted of the room was so appealing that I said, "I'll take that one." But the room is really tiny, and when you use the shower the entire bathroom, including the toiletries, toilet, and toilet paper, gets completely wet. That doesn't happen in the upper‑floor room. So don't be fooled by the photos—book a room on the first floor instead. I stayed in the downstairs room for the first two days and was lucky to be able to switch to a single room on the first floor for an extra fee.

“Great good value break”

My stay had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location on Mandrem Beach was stunning, and the decor in the room and restaurant was tasteful. The food was great, especially the naan, and the staff were lovely. However, there were a few issues - the bridge to the beach was a bit rickety, with rusty nails sticking out of the handrail, and I was served an expensive gin without being asked.

“Fantastisk”

Our stay at this hotel was peaceful and the staff were very accommodating. However, we encountered some unpleasant odors in the bathroom, which was a major drawback. We also wished we had been informed that we needed to request cleaning services, as it was not immediately clear. Thankfully, the hotel staff rectified the issue, and we were left with a positive impression of their service.
