“Très déçue”
The view. The dinner at the restaurant (despite the strong cooking smell). The fact that the third bed is separated from the main room. The pool is advertised as heated but is very cold. The bathrooms are very old. The furniture and other fittings in the room (dresser, wardrobe, bed, bedding…) are very cheap and look truly “cheap”. Cleaning is not done properly (a beautiful spider web when opening the window, for example). No one speaks French, even though it’s a bilingual canton… I don’t even know if they all speak German correctly, that’s saying something. The staff are not very friendly (except one of the evening servers at the restaurant). Breakfast is to be avoided! Tables are cleaned every half hour, and still… at 8:30 there were no croissants left, no glasses for orange juice, no knives… help! Besides two pieces of cheese, everything else is industrial!!! That’s not what I expect from a hotel breakfast. Really disappointed!
