Good location. The starter is simple but sufficient. An authentic old building, with all the pros and cons that come with it. It has its own parking. The old building isn't well soundproofed. At night, when the outside noise dies down, it's OK, but in the evening the outside noise is a nuisance. The same applies to internal sounds—the wooden floor and walls don't stop anything, and if there are noisy guests it will be a problem. Rooms are tight, no adequate convenient contacts.

It is a nice historic house with a traditional living/dining room downstairs, a big wooden staircase and a pleasant patio to sit in the shade. The location is very good, 5 minutes from the meydan and the maritime corridor. The price is quite economical. When we arrived the 5 rooms were empty. Nevertheless they gave us a very small one on the second floor, in the hot part where the sun fell and next to a construction site. The bathroom was cramped and we had to crouch. The toilet lid was broken. When we asked if we could change rooms they said everything was booked. It is true that some people arrived later at night, but we don't think all the rooms were occupied.

“Ωραίο κτίριο ελάχιστες παροχές”

The historic well‑maintained building with traditional furnishings, the parking right next to it, and the convenient location, plus the courteous young man who was there. The room was very small, the bathroom lid was broken, there was no hot water and I had to go down two floors to ask for it because there is no elevator or phone in the rooms. The facilities were very limited, practically only towels, no fridge, no water, no kettle, not even a glass.

“Welcoming staff and great value”

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.
