“bien pour dormir”
The hotel is too far from the city center to walk, and the entrances to get to the hotel are full of big holes. The breakfast corner isn’t very welcoming.
Getting to the room was quick and the site was accessible. The place felt a little run‑down and breakfast finished too early—I missed it.
“HORRIBLE”
The hotel’s location is quite central for Victoriaville and convenient for traveling to nearby towns, but that’s the only positive. The building is very old and needs major renovation. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, especially when two people share one; any movement feels like a full‑blown earthquake in the mattress. The air conditioner and the small fridge in the room are loud, so earplugs are recommended. The bathroom paint was peeling and faded. I also found insects on the floor in our room. It was a truly disappointing experience. For over $200/night, it’s awful. I don’t recommend it at all and am considering asking for a refund.
“Bien”
The evening staff were amazing. The coffee was unlimited.
“avoir su j aurais ete a un autre endroit”
The hotel is very ordinary and lacking in everything. During renovations, a strong paint odor lingered, and the overall look is terrible.
