The staff tried to accommodate me, which I appreciated, but the room was terrible for the $75 I paid, and the neighbors were noisy. I was told I would get a refund, but I never did. The place was packed, so the elevators took forever.

The hotel is a very nice old building that’s been fully renovated yet still keeps its historic charm. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The breakfast, however, was very mediocre; the food was bland and the selection was narrow, which definitely needs improvement.

The location and room views were great, but the AC/thermostat was broken, forcing us to open the windows while sleeping because it was so uncomfortable, and housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8 AM even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up.
