It was just okay because there weren’t many options available that day. The host lady is helpful and nice; she’s not Japanese but she made communication easy and sent all details in English well ahead of time. The room was very small, with a bed that only fits one person. The worst part was someone coughing all night in the adjacent room, and it felt like that person was sitting right next to the window—unsure if it was a different room in the same building or just the one next to the window.

The spot was pretty handy, with two subway stops within a short stroll—under 10 minutes. Prices were fair, so it felt like good value for the money. I can’t think of any downsides.
