The staff were excellent.

The bed was comfortable, but the hotel had several issues: 1. It’s quite far from the center—about a 20‑minute walk, though a bike can help; a bus still requires a short walk from the stop. 2. The room is dark at night and the lights are dim. 3. There’s no reception from 5 pm until morning. 4. The ceiling looks dirty with exposed pipes and dust. 5. There’s no AC; the fan is dusty. 6. You can hear a lot of noise, especially the door banging. 7. The coffee machine was broken, and the drawers were damaged in our room. 8. There are no nearby restaurants or mini‑markets.

The room was spacious and clean, but we were not told that the restaurant where we could have breakfast was closed.
