The hotel’s own underground parking and the bar’s long opening hours were great, as were the lobby’s furnishings and the terrace in front of the bar. The view from the room was nice. During my 12‑day stay I wished the daily breakfast had a bit more variety.

The staff were friendly and the room faced the courtyard. Cleanliness was a perfect 10/10, and the coffee was excellent. The breakfast could have been more varied and was a bit far from the entrance. One morning, 20–30 people gathered early and were very loud, blocking the way to the buffet; it felt like we were at the train station, making the atmosphere hectic and unpleasant.

Because we were in the Semperoper, the hotel was perfect – practically right next to it. The bar deserves special mention: the bartenders were attentive and friendly, and the cocktails were dreamy – definitely worth stopping by in the evening. Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast ladies were again attentive. The underground parking with an electric charging station was also spot‑on. One reception lady could improve how she handles guests.
