“A special place in a beautiful part of central Otago”
Roger and Fluer were super friendly and eager to help and suggest ideas; we’ll return for sure. Nothing else to note.

The house was clean and tidy, yet everything here costs extra—it's far too commercialized. It sits in a very desolate area, and we were told we couldn’t use the kitchen, which left us quite hungry.

The spot offers almost no light pollution, letting you see a 180° view of the night sky, and the public area is huge; the only downside was that they switched to cash‑only payment at the last minute.

I stayed at this property and it was really well taken care of - the room was nice, the bathroom was super modern and clean, and the common area was lovely to hang out in. The view from the lounge was amazing, and the bedrooms were pretty private, which was great. It's a bit of a walk to the pub, but that's not all bad - it meant I was totally away from the road noise.

Our host, Roger, was really friendly and gave us some great tips for exploring the area. The property is in a gorgeous spot with awesome views and minimal light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. We had comfy beds and a nice lounge to chill in - we actually wished we could've stayed longer.
