I was pleasantly surprised by how simple, nice, and very clean the room was.
The hotel's location was great, with plenty of food options nearby and a nearby BRT station.
The room was a real highlight of my stay - it was spacious and well-appointed.
The front office staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going out of their way to assist me.

The Queen Room accommodates two guests with a single queen‑size bed and includes a wardrobe and parquet flooring. A private bathroom offers a bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries are provided. The room is air‑conditioned for climate control.

Good value for money. Location is very strategic too. Right at Mentari Brt station & only 1 station away from Sunway Lagoon. Sunway Pyramid is also within walking distance. Receptionist asked to pay additional Rm5 per night for some form of local tax, which is quite unheard of. Perhaps that was not included during the time of booking, either way, that is something new to me
The price was low and the room size acceptable, with a water purifier in the hallway; however, the facilities felt dated, the bed was uncomfortable with a sagging mattress, there was no hair‑dryer unless you asked for one, and the air‑conditioner lacked a remote.
