The moment we entered this property we felt welcomed. The staff warmly greeted us (shout out to Nikki), the service we received elevated our stay here. The property is beautifully curated and has all those little extras to make you feel you are somewhere special. We look forward to returning and could not think of anywhere else we would want to spend a stay in Byron Bay

Check‑in went smoothly, the pool was great, and the room was solid; the main‑road location was a bit noisy even though we were far from it, and for the $ paid I expected an arrival gift and some complimentary minibar items; the large down pillows were nice but I’d prefer something firmer.

The magnesium pool was stunning, bikes were free, rooms were roomy and stylish, the spot was unbeatable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
