“Très bien”
The couple who welcomed us were very friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast they prepared was hearty and convivial. The restaurants they recommended were good value for money.

In the center of Venice, next to the canal but in a quiet neighborhood. The mattress felt a bit firm for our taste.

The service and location were great. The bathroom was outside the room.

The place is well located, close to the station and 30 minutes on foot to everything, but the best part is the excellent service from Marcela, who is very kind and tries to help with any questions you have, a gem. I had a bad experience because I mistakenly booked my check‑out a day earlier than planned; the difference was in the support to solve my problem. The gentleman, who seems to be the owner, offered no cooperation, only wanted us to leave. Other places try to help you find something or get you out of a jam, but he only helped us exit his hotel, which was very bad.
