“Good, but try to arrange for a flight that lands within the shuttle bus operating hours”
The breakfast was reasonably priced and had a decent spread to start the day, and the hotel was within walking distance of the airport. We landed late at night, so there was no shuttle bus and we couldn’t find the hotel exit; after almost an hour of asking for directions inside Hangzhou Airport we finally made it to the hotel, checking in at about 1 am.
Excellent hotel for a layover, close to the airport and with its own transfer service.
“A Hotel with Serious Shortcomings”
My stay at this hotel was unfortunately tainted by two significant issues: a pervasive and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and a disturbing lack of personal care from the staff. While these problems were substantial, they were the only notable aspects of my experience.
“Handy to airport!!”
Everything was spotless from the front door to the room and the restaurant, and the free airport shuttle ran every 15 to 30 minutes, making it easy to sit on the top‑floor restaurant for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport; I strongly recommend grabbing breakfast there because paying for food is tough without We Cash, and overall the property surpassed my expectations.
