I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this establishment, which fell far short of my expectations for a hotel. The room lacked basic amenities such as toiletries, and the only furniture provided was a broken chair, which was hardly suitable for use. What's more, the room was essentially a guest house rather than a hotel, which made me feel like I was staying in a subpar accommodation. Overall, my experience was a letdown.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and their assistance made a huge difference in my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
