The bed was comfortable, but stay away from this place— they kept charging my credit card for a damage deposit that never should have been taken, and even after I disputed it the hotel kept demanding payment from my bank, ruining my trip. I was there for five days and the breakfast was the same bland butter‑egg every morning, utterly disappointing. The air‑conditioner was extremely noisy when it turned on, making it hard to sleep.

The location is great for ASU, but the rooms were awful—no shower curtain, the floor was dirty, and the staff at night felt like a virtual machine; the photos were misleading, and the actual room was the worst in the hotel.
