The hotel sits right in the center of Hanoi, which is very convenient for getting around! The staff are very friendly! The rooms are decent but could use a little refresh. There isn’t much natural light; the windows open onto a tiny little shaft of light.

The location is great. There was no soap or shampoo, and the shower drain was clogged.

The spot was great and within walking distance to everything, WiFi was solid, and we liked the daily free water. The front desk folks were friendly and let us check in late. However, the room was smaller than we thought; we couldn’t open both suitcases fully without them getting in the way. The bed was hard and I could hear every little noise, even from the next room and hallway, which isn’t good for light sleepers.
