The location is great for walking tours around the area, and the breakfast is very generous and tasty. The hotel price includes a voucher for one up‑and‑down ride on the cable car per stay day, which saves money. They swapped our room for us without any issues, and the spa’s sauna and hot tubs were nice. On the downside, the rooms in the main building are old, have too few power outlets, and you need to ask for a power strip with a socket unit. In the first room, the toilet tank was very high, and the shower tiles had black mildew spots. In both rooms I stayed in, the shower was inside the bathtub, making entry and exit unsafe for older people. The hotel is aimed at families with children (and dogs). The heated pool and jacuzzi were crowded with kids. Dinner at the hotel is a very pricey buffet, €90 per couple without drinks and €120 with drinks.

The staff were unbelievably courteous and friendly! Very child‑loving, you can tell the employees truly work with heart. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Beautiful surroundings and very clean. The food was great too. The kids loved the playground and pools. The staff were great as well! No AC ruined our time there. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep at night even with a fan on.
