The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the noise level was very low, but someone was smoking right outside the front door and the food was only average.

The hotel was easy to reach, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but my room wasn’t cleaned, so I didn’t have coffee the next morning.

I was pleased that the hotel sat close to many restaurants and shops.

We booked the place for my daughter’s wedding. My son had left his retainer in the bathroom; we only noticed after we were already leaving town that afternoon and had already checked out. We went back up there and the lady told us she’d found it on her cart and brought it straight to us. Anyone who’s paid for braces knows how thankful we were, and I gave her a big hug. Great place to stay. The only downside was that there were no biscuits and gravy.

The location is gorgeous and very quiet, though the pool could use a bit of upkeep. The room layout felt a touch odd and could be more user‑friendly; a wall or door hook in the makeup area would help, as that spot is small and there’s nowhere to hang a makeup bag, which most people have nowadays.
