The bed was very comfortable, the front‑desk and housekeeping teams were all smiling and friendly, the room was cleaned every day, there was a refrigerator in the room, the breakfast looked great even though we didn’t eat there, the lobby offered excellent coffee, and we stayed for 4 nights.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. However, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the bottom of the pool was chipped, which hurt our feet, and the pool towels were too small to dry off properly.

I. The bathroom had not been cleaned. I don’t believe the facility was up what I have experienced. If this is the new norm I will no longer stay at Hampton Inns.8
