The room and facilities were basic but in a good spot. The hotel next door was noisy, as were the guests in the rooms around mine, so I couldn't sleep until about 1 am. It was a Friday night when three metal bands were playing, so it made sense, and since this was the only budget room nearby, I was glad to have the room instead of sleeping in my car.

The location is close to the beach and the staff at the hotel are friendly. The office was closed the whole time I stayed, so I had to go to the hotel each time to see the staff, who were very helpful. The guest Wi‑Fi wasn’t working, and the only fan was a noisy ceiling fan that didn’t work—staff were notified. For better value, stay elsewhere.

The hotel's spot is spot on – right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything. Unfortunately the walls are thin, so street noise drifted in at night. If you don't mind a bit of hustle and bustle, the location makes up for it.
