1. 房間採光很好且隔音安靜，有專屬換衣間與放置行李處。 2. 停車空間多，雖然要碰運氣才會有地下室的位置。 3. 聯外交通方便，比較有利開車前往。 4. 有健身房不錯，跑步機與飛輪是有的，但是只有10公斤以下的啞鈴組，愛重訓的同好可能要自己調整訓練方式. 1. 早餐還算多樣可以選擇，不過用餐空間與動線其實蠻擁擠。 2. 房間地毯有霉味，建議地毯定時消毒。
