They charged us three times and only refunded one transaction of 324. The manager is not responding after promising to refund two 100 security deposits, an early check‑in fee, and taxes. They committed fraud and theft.

The staff were incredibly rude when I tried to check in; they cancelled my reservation because my mom had put her name on it instead of simply updating it to mine. I’m currently homeless with a child and they did nothing to help me. This was meant to be a small vacation my mom arranged for my daughter and me, but we’re going through tough times and needed a break. I have many health issues and just wanted to take my daughter to Great Wolf Lodge. Thanks for the rude treatment at RED ROOF IN!
