OCEANO Health Spa Hotel

Everything. It met our expectations. The calmness you feel as soon as you arrive stands out. Also the spa center and pools. The room was spacious, well furnished, and had impressive ocean and Teide views. Its proximity to the sea and the natural pool of Punta del Hidalgo is a plus, easily accessible from the hotel. The buffet breakfast is very complete and the dinner offers a wide selection of high‑quality dishes in a very pleasant setting. The staff’s friendliness is another strong point.

“Relaxing, calm and a little humid.”

The balcony offered a fantastic view, the room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, the sauna was lovely, and the staff worked hard to meet our needs; the area is easy to fall in love with. However, it was a bit expensive—not absurd but not the best value for money, and it wasn’t clear beforehand that the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning; when we arrived the room felt pretty stuffy and humid, though windows on both sides created lovely cross breezes that made it comfortable, and I wish I’d known in advance so I wouldn’t be surprised.

The staff were friendly, the hotel exudes tranquility and peace, and the service is attentive. Unfortunately, the spa was under renovation so we couldn’t use it; the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard; I ordered wine thinking it would be included, but it was charged separately and the staff didn’t inform me.

“A peaceful seaside stay with wonderful ocean views, excellent spa facilities & very friendly staff”

The hotel provides a very relaxing atmosphere with fantastic views of the swimming pool and the ocean; most rooms enjoy beautiful sea views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very good and offered personalized options, and the sauna and spa facilities were excellent. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning, so we had to leave the terrace door open at night, although the hotel kindly provided a fan that helped a little; also, there are very few services, shops, or other facilities within walking distance of the hotel.
