How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good location, room clean and spacious. The shower was installed very low (about 1 meter) with very low water pressure, so relaxing under the shower is out of the question. The door codes for each room were easy to guess (I suspect they weren't changed). Near the room was a gym, a plus that you get free entry included in the price, but a minus that you can clearly hear someone working out with a training bag.

Location, close to a shop, pharmacy and restaurant. Rooms clean, bedding fresh. No kettle in the room, that would be a big convenience. When occupancy is high, the kitchen can get cramped and it's a bit awkward when you wait in line for water to brew tea. When booking a room I’m not entirely sure which room I’ll get.

Clean and quiet. The room had more space than I expected. The door codes seemed to follow a “don’t use such combinations” list. That was the only drawback that slightly disrupted my sense of security.

Very good spot, all amenities, despite being located on a road the rooms are very quiet, everything close by, shop, pharmacy and a great restaurant right next door. The owner is always ready to help. Highly recommend.
