I felt safe and the staff were great, but the window was blocked out so I got no view or sunlight.

“Perfect spot for MSG events and Amtrak access”

The location was great, the queen beds were comfortable and everything was very clean, yet the Bronze Owl had an off night and the staff were very rude.

“Great clean hotel with great location for Penn Station/MSG”

The hotel was spotless and the spot in NYC was perfect for our MSG plans; the shower was wonderful and the bed comfy, but it could be loud for a light sleeper at night—sirens, traffic, people closing doors, flushing toilets, and running showers were audible, and while the building is older we expected some noise; a sound machine would have helped.

“Surprised and delighted!”

It was better than expected, the location ideal, rooms nice, the shower excellent, and I appreciated the CO Bigelow shower products; I was all very nice.
