“Medíocre”

The place was clean and the location convenient. The receptionist who helped me was in a bad mood and, because it was a direct rental with the owner, he was indifferent. The bed in the apartment was too soft, so I twisted my back, had to take medication, and went to the gym every day to stretch and loosen up. The coffee maker didn’t work, and the receptionist didn’t give me any Wi‑Fi info because it was a rental outside the hotel, so he was careless about that. Aside from that, the cleanliness and location were fine.

“Localização e conforto!”

The location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. Microwaves, coffee maker and mini fridge are available. Fantastic! The staff is always very kind!

The location is fine. The room needed more maintenance and better cleaning. The furniture was quite worn and there was a strong smell of a closed environment.

“Estadia tumultuada”

The location was good. The bathtub was dirty, the microwave was dirty, on the night of 30 December the fire alarm went off at one in the morning and we were on the second-to-last floor and couldn’t reach reception. We booked through Booking as if it were a hotel room, but when we arrived it turned out to be a private apartment and to get access we had to contact the owner. We were tired and all this wear and tear. We weren’t given a chance to shower; we requested check‑out at 13:00 after the São Silvestre run. Lack of empathy because after we traveled we ended up swapping clothes in the reception bathroom, a very embarrassing situation.
