“Terrible”
The stay was a huge let‑down, nowhere near 4‑star quality. The room felt old, with mould in the bathroom and a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close. The rooftop jacuzzi was cold, while the basement one was unbearably hot. The gym equipment was minimal, and breakfast offered only basic, low‑quality items with little variety. The reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of our complaints; they promised fixes but did nothing. In short, it was a very unpleasant experience and the hotel does not live up to its 4‑star rating, so I would not recommend it.
