Nothing. I booked a room, owner accepted it,talked to customer service. Then when I arrive at 1245 am he says no rooms and we didnt give permission for to sell our rooms.then would nt answer the phone after that for customer service.customer service then tells me I cant cancel fir 45 minutes incase they call back. Ridiculous so I had to get a room 20 mins away pay for it then wait for refund on original booking. Everything

They didn't give us a room; the front desk said they don't honor reservations and that the rate is 110 per night, so you must pay that amount or you get no booking. They should be removed from Booking because they don't respect reservations, don't give you a room, and still charge you—here are photos proving I arrived and was denied a room.

The place was super close by, but they claimed the room was already booked even after I paid online to reserve it.
