Well appointed, good value, and a 20‑minute walk to the centre of Le Mans. Clean and tidy. The garden was a little oasis. The front bedroom was a bit noisy from road traffic, and without air‑conditioning the windows had to stay open.

First and foremost, the welcome was truly very friendly, with hosts who were very attentive and explained all the services offered. The kitchen is very functional even though we stayed only one night; it was very quiet, and the beds have old‑style mattresses—soft, yet hyper‑comfortable, and you feel really at ease. The garden, terrace, and pond with its Koi carp are really pretty and well maintained. The weather could have been better, so we could have enjoyed it fully; the hosts would have definitely offered to share a drink with us and enjoy this very zen space. This stay went very well, and if we have the chance, we’d love to rent the apartment again. In any case, it was a good and beautiful surprise to be welcomed in this way—quite rare, and it stands out. No complaints, everything was perfect.

The place is a real gem; the hosts are super friendly and their hospitality is top‑class. I’d give it a full 10/10 and recommend it to everyone. The apartment sits above theirs and has every amenity you’d need for a short or long stay. A supermarket is literally across the road, and the central location is perfect. The garden, complete with a fish pond, is very peaceful and my wife and I slept soundly. Free parking is right outside the apartment. In short, highly recommended.
