“Muy bien”

La ubicación del hotel excelente porque está en el centro de Baños a un costado de la Iglesia, la habitación estaba cómoda, bonita y con balcón, el restaurante no lo utilice, no puedo opinar, yo lo recomendaría, aunque las fotos de nuestra estancia no las puedo poner porque salen nuestras caras entiendes. Que en el Hotel no me dieron ningún folleto o mapa de lugares que podrías ir a conocer en Baños, pienso que al ser un lugar turístico deberían estar obligados a darte información el personal.

“Goede bedden, weinig faciliteiten open.”

badkamer en douche waren doed, maar het is altijd hetzelfde dat deze er op de foto veel groter lijkt dan deze in werkelijkheid is. Ik vond het een beetje bedrog. Wanneer de lichten in de gang aanspringen ben je meteen wakker, veel geluid langs de straat kant. Wij werden niet op de hoogte gebracht dat er werken waren en dat de bar boven niet open was. Laat dit juist de reden zijn waaron wj deze kamer geboekt hadden

“In the middle of the town”

Location in the middle of the town, I loved the size of the room and the view was stunning, breakfast was very good, and staff were friendly and helpful. The noise at night made it somehow difficult to sleep, and I wish if they at least had a kettle in the room

The room was super spacious, brand new, with a huge bed, hot water without issues and excellent breakfast. The staff deserve a special rating, always friendly and helpful; everything we needed was taken care of. Everything was perfect, but there could have been a TV in the room, a safe and a mini‑fridge.
