The spot was spot on, the stay was super comfy, and everyone on the team was really helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and bright, and even though it only had a window AC, the cooling worked perfectly. The only downside was breakfast – the pasta was bland and cold, though the staff stayed friendly, and the bed linen could use an upgrade.

I liked it because Ankith, the manager, ran the hotel excellently, the rooms were clean, the buffet staff were very responsive, and overall it was great.
